## Sec. 110 criminal penalties Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided in section 109(d) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine or not more than $50,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or both. **[**[30 U.S.C. 1720](/us/usc/t30/s1720)**]**
