## SEC. 538 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON PREVENTING THE TRANSPORTATION OF DISEASE-CARRYING MOSQUITOES AND OTHER INSECTS ON COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of Agriculture should, in coordination and consultation with the World Health Organization, develop a framework and guidance for the use of safe, effective, and nontoxic means of preventing the transportation of disease-carrying mosquitoes and other insects on commercial aircraft.
