## SEC. 522 AUTOMATIC DEPENDENT SURVEILLANCE-BROADCAST ###

(a)Repeal Subsection

(b)of section 211 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note) is repealed. ###

(b)Requirement **[**[49 U.S.C. 40101 note](/us/usc/t49/s40101)**]** The Administrator shall ensure that any regulation issued pursuant to such subsection has no force or effect.
