## SEC. 433 IMPROVING WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES **[**[49 U.S.C. 41705 note](/us/usc/t49/s41705)**]** Following the receipt of the report required under section 2107 of the FAA Extension, Safety, and Security Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-190; 130 Stat. 622), the Secretary of Transportation shall develop, if appropriate, specific recommendations regarding improvements to wheelchair assistance provided by air carriers and recommendations on how training programs by air carriers can address consumer complaints regarding wheelchair assistance. **[**Section 434 of this Act was transferred to appear after section 41727 of title 49, U.S.C.
(as transferred and redesignated) and redesignated as section 41728 of such title (and further amended) by section 510(b) of Public Law 118–63.**]**
