## SEC. 354 TREATMENT OF UNMANNED AIRCRAFT OPERATING UNDERGROUND **[**[49 U.S.C. 44802 note](/us/usc/t49/s44802)**]** An unmanned aircraft system that is operated underground for mining purposes shall not be subject to regulation or enforcement by the FAA under title 49, United States Code.
