## SEC. 324 COMPTROLLER GENERAL REPORT ON FAA ENFORCEMENT POLICY Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall complete a study, and report to the appropriate committees of Congress on the results thereof, on the effectiveness of Order 8000.373, Federal Aviation Administration Compliance Philosophy, announced on June 26, 2015. Such study shall include information about— ####
(1)whether reports of safety incidents increased following the order; ####
(2)whether reduced enforcement penalties increased the overall number of safety incidents that occurred; and ####
(3)whether FAA enforcement staff registered complaints about reduced enforcement reducing compliance with safety regulations.
