## SEC. 1921 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS; EXIT LANE SECURITY There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 44903(n)(1) of title 49, United States Code, $77,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2021.
