## SEC. 1812 CONTAINER SECURITY INITIATIVE Section 205(l) of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 (6 U.S.C. 945) is amended— ####

(1)by striking paragraph (2); and ####

(2)in paragraph (1)— #####

(A)by striking “(1) In general.—Not later than September 30, 2007,” and inserting “Not later than 270 days after the date of enactment of the Maritime Security Improvement Act of 2018,”; and #####

(B)by redesignating subparagraphs

(H)as paragraphs
