## SEC. 166 PILOT PROGRAM SUNSETS ###

(a)In General Sections 47136 and 47140 of title 49, United States Code, are repealed. ###

(b)Conforming Amendments ####

(1)Sections 47136a and 47140a of title 49, United States Code, are redesignated as sections 47136 and 47140, respectively. ####

(2)Section 47139 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— #####

(A)by striking subsection (c); and #####

(B)by redesignating subsection

(d)as subsection (c). ###

(c)Clerical Amendments **[**[49 U.S.C. 47101](/us/usc/t49/s47101)**]** The analysis for chapter 471 of title 49, United States Code,is amended— ####

(1)by striking the items relating to sections 47136, 47136a, 47140, and 47140a; ####

(2)by inserting after the item relating to section 47135 the following:" “47136. Zero-emission airport vehicles and infrastructure.” "; and ####

(3)by inserting after the item relating to section 47139 the following:" “47140. Increasing the energy efficiency of airport power sources.” ".
