## SEC. 1454 APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF LAW **[**[22 U.S.C. 9674](/us/usc/t22/s9674)**]** Subsections (g), (l), (m), and

(n)of section 237 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2197) shall apply with respect to the Corporation to the same extent and in the same manner as such subsections applied with respect to the Overseas Private Investment Corporation on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act. # TITLE VI TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
