## SEC. 301 ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ###
(a)New Animal Drug Applications and Abbreviated Applications for a Generic New Animal Drug Section 512(b) (21 U.S.C. 360b(b)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(4) > > Beginning on October 1, 2018, all applications or submissions pursuant to this subsection shall be submitted by electronic means in such format as the Secretary may require.” > . ###
