## SEC. 104 REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Section 740A (21 U.S.C. 379j-13) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”; ####
(2)by striking “2014” each place it appears in subsections
(a)and
(b)and inserting “2019”; and ####
(3)in subsection (d), by striking “2018” each place it appears and inserting “2023”.
