## SEC. 102 SAFEGUARDING ACCESS TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOMES Section 129E(i)(2) of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1639e(i)(2)) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, and adjusting the margins accordingly; ####
(2)in the matter preceding clause (i), as so redesignated, by striking “ For purposes of ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) In general > > For purposes of” > ; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(B) Rule of construction related to appraisal donations > > If a fee appraiser voluntarily donates appraisal services to an organization eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions, such voluntary donation shall be considered customary and reasonable for the purposes of paragraph (1).” > .
