## SEC. 1604 MEDICAID IMPROVEMENT FUND Section 1941(b) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396w-1(b)), as amended by section 2 of Public Law 116-29, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “$1,000,000” and inserting “$0”; and ####
(2)in paragraph (3)— #####
