## Sec. 7075 john s. mccain scholars program Funds appropriated by this Act under the heading “Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs” that are made available for the Benjamin Gilman International Scholarships Program shall also be made available for the John S. McCain Scholars Program, pursuant to section 303 of the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-309), to include the dependents of active United States military personnel who are receiving any form of Federal Financial Aid under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
