## Sec. 521 ###
(a)For an additional amount for financial systems modernization, $51,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2020. ###
(b)Funds made available in subsection
(a)for financial systems modernization may be transferred by the Secretary of Homeland Security between appropriations for the same purpose, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act. ###
(c)No transfer described in subsection
(b)shall occur until 15 days after the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives are notified of such transfer.
