## SEC. 937 ADDITIONAL MATTERS IN CONNECTION WITH BACKGROUND AND SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PERSONNEL **[**[10 U.S.C. 1564 note](/us/usc/t10/s1564)**]** Section 925(k)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91)is amended— ####

(1)by redesignating subparagraphs

(H)through

(L)as subparagraphs

(I)through (M), respectively; and ####

(2)by inserting after subparagraph
