## SEC. 915 EXPANSION OF PRINCIPAL DUTIES OF ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY FOR RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ACQUISITION Section 5016(b)(4)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “and acquisition matters” and inserting “acquisition, and sustainment (including maintenance) matters”.
