## SEC. 865 VALIDATION OF PROPRIETARY AND TECHNICAL DATA Section 2321(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), in” and inserting “In”; and ####
(2)by striking paragraph (2). **[**Section 866 was repealed by section 808(a) of division A of Public Law 116–92.**]**
