## SEC. 519 NATIONAL GUARD YOUTH CHALLENGE PROGRAM Section 509(h) of title 32, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by redesignating paragraph

(2)as paragraph (3); and ####

(2)by inserting after paragraph
