## SEC. 361 U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND CIVILIAN PERSONNEL Notwithstanding section 143 of title 10, United States Code, of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for Operation and Maintenance, Defense-wide for United States Special Operations Command civilian personnel, not less than $4,000,000 shall be used to fund additional civilian personnel in or directly supporting the office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict to support the Assistant Secretary in fulfilling the additional responsibilities of the Assistant Secretary that were added by the amendments to sections 138(b)(4), 139b, and 167 of title 10, United States Code, made by section 922 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328). # TITLE IV MILITARY PERSONNEL AUTHORIZATIONS ## Subtitle A Active Forces
