## SEC. 357 REPORTING ON FUTURE YEARS BUDGETING BY SUBACTIVITY GROUP **[**[10 U.S.C. 221 note](/us/usc/t10/s221)**]** Along with the budget for each fiscal year submitted by the President pursuant to section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense and the Secretaries of the military departments shall include in the OP-5 Justification Books, as detailed by Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R, the amount for each individual subactivity group, as detailed in the Department’s future years defense program pursuant to section 221 of title 10, United States Code.
