## SEC. 3531 COMMANDANT DEFINED ###
(a)In General Chapter 1 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 5 Commandant define > > **[**[14 U.S.C. 5](/us/usc/t14/s5)**]** > > In this title, the term ‘Commandant’ means the Commandant of the Coast Guard.” > . ###
(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[14 U.S.C. 1](/us/usc/t14/s1)**]** The analysis for chapter 1 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:" “5. Commandant defined.” ". ###
(c)Conforming Amendments Title 14, United States Code, is amended— ####
