## SEC. 3527 MARINE SAFETY IMPLEMENTATION STATUS On the date on which the President submits to Congress a budget for fiscal year 2020 under section 1105 of title 31, and on such date for each of the 2 subsequent years, the Commandant of the Coast Guard shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the status of implementation of each action outlined in the Commandant’s final action memo dated December 19, 2017.
