## SEC. 3525 CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN Section 2902(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “On the date” and inserting “Not later than 60 days after the date”; ####
(2)in paragraph (1)(D), by striking “and”; and ####
(3)by inserting after paragraph (1)(E) the following: > > ##### “(F) > > projected commissioning and decommissioning dates for each asset; and” > .
