## SEC. 237 AUTHORITY FOR JOINT DIRECTED ENERGY TRANSITION OFFICE TO CONDUCT RESEARCH RELATING TO HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE CAPABILITIES Section 219(b)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 10 U.S.C. 2431 note) is amended by inserting “, including high-powered microwaves,” after “energy systems and technologies”.
