## SEC. 1728 SEVERABILITY **[**[50 U.S.C. 4565 note](/us/usc/t50/s4565)**]** If any provision of this subtitle or an amendment made by this subtitle, or the application of such a provision or amendment to any person or circumstance, is held to be invalid, the application of that provision or amendment to other persons or circumstances and the remainder of the provisions of this subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle, shall not be affected thereby. ## Subtitle B Export Control Reform
