## SEC. 1692 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON TESTING BY MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY It is the sense of Congress that— ####
(1)the Missile Defense Agency should, as part of the test program of the Agency, continue to build an independently accredited modeling and simulation element to better inform missile defense performance assessments and test criteria; and ####
(2)the Missile Defense Agency should continue to pursue an increasingly rigorous testing regime, in coordination with the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, to more rapidly deliver capabilities to the warfighter as the threat evolves. ## Subtitle F Other Matters
