## SEC. 1661 UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING AND THE NUCLEAR WEAPONS COUNCIL Section 179(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “, Technology, and Logistics” and inserting “and Sustainment”; ####

(2)by redesignating paragraphs

(4)and

(5)as paragraphs

(5)and (6), respectively; and ####

(3)by inserting after paragraph

(3)the following new paragraph (4): > > #### “(4) > > The Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.” > .
