## SEC. 1423 CONSOLIDATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE STRATEGIC AND CRITICAL MATERIALS STOCK PILING ACT Section 11 of the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98h-2) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “January 15” and inserting “February 15”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)in paragraph (1), by striking “Not later” and all that follows through “report containing” and inserting “Each report under subsection
(a)shall also include”; and #####
(B)in paragraph (2)— ######
(i)by striking “Each” in the first sentence and inserting “With respect to the plan described in paragraph (1), each”; and ######
(ii)by striking “Each such report” in the second sentence and inserting “With respect to such plan, each report”.
