## SEC. 129 CONTRACT REQUIREMENT FOR VIRGINIA CLASS SUBMARINE PROGRAM Section 124 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91)is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsection
(d)through
(f)as subsections
(e)through (g), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection (c), the following: > > ### “(d) Contract Requirement > > > #### “(1) In general > > The Secretary of the Navy shall ensure that a contract entered into under subsection
