## SEC. 1288 MODIFICATION OF FREEDOM OF NAVIGATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Subsection
(a)of section 1275 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2540), as amended by section 1262(a)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat. 1689), is further amended by striking “the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives” and inserting “the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives”.
