## SEC. 1246 MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION OF UKRAINE SECURITY ASSISTANCE INITIATIVE Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1068), as most recently amended by section 1234 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat. 1659), is further amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)— #####

(B)by redesignating paragraph
(12)as paragraph
(16)and transferring it to appear after paragraph (15); #####
