## SEC. 1003 AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR CAPNET During fiscal year 2019, the Secretary of Defense may transfer to the Director of National Intelligence, under the authority in section 1001 of this Act, an amount that does not exceed $2,000,000 to provide support for the operation of the classified network known as CAPNET.
