## SEC. 7053 parking fines and real property taxes owed by foreign governments The terms and conditions of section 7055 of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2011 (division F of Public Law 111-117) shall apply to this Act: * Provided*, That the date “September 30, 2009” in subsection (f)(2)(B) of such section shall be deemed to be “September 30, 2017”.
