## SEC. 541 (rescissions) The following unobligated balances made available to the Department of Homeland Security pursuant to section 505 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law 115-31) are rescinded: ####

(2)$24,337,865 from “Coast Guard—Operating Expenses”; ####

(4)$308,974 from “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”; ####
(5)$106,894 from “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Operations and Support”; and ####
(6)$23,938 from “Office of Health Affairs—Operations and Support”.
