## SEC. 432 clarification of exemptions None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to require a permit for the discharge of dredged or fill material under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) for the activities identified in subparagraphs
(A)and
(C)of section 404(f)(1) of the Act (33 U.S.C. 1344(f)(1)(A), (C)).
