## SEC. 407 ###
(a)There is to be established a “Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements” appropriations account for planning, operational development, engineering, and purchases prior to sustainment and for information technology-related procurement, construction, and improvements, including non-tangible assets of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers. ###
(b)The Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers may accept transfers to the account established by subsection
(a)from Government agencies requesting the construction of special use facilities, as authorized by the Economy Act (31 U.S.C. 1535(b)): * Provided*, That the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers maintain administrative control and ownership upon completion of such facilities.
