## SEC. 318 Notwithstanding any other provision of law funds awarded under part D of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 for fiscal years 2017 and 2018 may be used for the purposes in section 4407(a)(9) of such Act. * * * * * * * # TITLE IV RELATED AGENCIES ## Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled ### salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled established under section 8502 of title 41, United States Code, $8,250,000: * Provided*, That in order to authorize any central nonprofit agency designated pursuant to section 8503(c) of title 41, United States Code, to perform contract requirements of the Committee as prescribed under section 51-3.2 of title 41, Code of Federal Regulations, the Committee shall enter into a written agreement with any such central nonprofit agency: * Provided further*, That such agreement entered into under the preceding proviso shall contain such auditing, oversight, and reporting provisions as necessary to implement chapter 85 of title 41, United States Code: * Provided further*, That such agreement shall include the elements listed under this heading in the explanatory statement accompanying Public Law 114-113: * Provided further*, That a fee may not be charged under section 51-3.5 of title 41, Code of Federal Regulations, unless such fee is under the terms of the written agreement between the Committee and any such central nonprofit agency: * Provided further*, That no less than $1,250,000 shall be available for the Office of Inspector General. * * * * * * *
