## SEC. 111 Amounts provided by this Act or by any prior appropriations Act that remain available for obligation, for necessary expenses of the programs of the Economics and Statistics Administration of the Department of Commerce, including amounts provided for programs of the Bureau of Economic Analysis and the Bureau of the Census, shall be available for expenses of cooperative agreements with appropriate entities, including any Federal, State, or local governmental unit, or institution of higher education, to aid and promote statistical, research, and methodology activities which further the purposes for which such amounts have been made available. * * * * * * * # TITLE II DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ## General Administration ### salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the administration of the Department of Justice, $114,000,000, of which not to exceed $4,000,000 for security and construction of Department of Justice facilities shall remain available until expended. ### justice information sharing technology #### (including transfer of funds) For necessary expenses for information sharing technology, including planning, development, deployment and departmental direction, $35,000,000, to remain available until expended: * Provided*, That the Attorney General may transfer up to $35,400,000 to this account, from funds available to the Department of Justice for information technology, to remain available until expended, for enterprise-wide information technology initiatives: * Provided further*, That the transfer authority in the preceding proviso is in addition to any other transfer authority contained in this Act: * Provided further*, That any transfer pursuant to the first proviso shall be treated as a reprogramming under section 505 of this Act and shall not be available for obligation or expenditure except in compliance with the procedures set forth in that section. ### executive office for immigration review #### (including transfer of funds) For expenses necessary for the administration of immigration-related activities of the Executive Office for Immigration Review, $504,500,000, of which $4,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Executive Office for Immigration Review fees deposited in the “Immigration Examinations Fee” account: * Provided*, That not to exceed $35,000,000 of the total amount made available under this heading shall remain available until expended. ### office of inspector general For necessary expenses of the Office of Inspector General, $97,250,000, including not to exceed $10,000 to meet unforeseen emergencies of a confidential character. * * * * * * *
