## SEC. 4312 INDIAN IRRIGATION FUND REAUTHORIZATION ###
(a)Deposits to Funds Section 3212(a) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (130 Stat. 1750) is amended by striking “each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2017 through 2028”. ###
(b)Expenditures From Fund Section 3213(a) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (130 Stat. 1750) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking “each of fiscal years 2017 through 2021” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2017 through 2028”. ###
(c)Termination Section 3216 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (130 Stat. 1750) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking “September 30, 2021” and inserting “September 30, 2028”.
