## SEC. 1315 CORPS OF ENGINEERS BRIDGE REPAIR PROGRAM FOR NEW ENGLAND EVACUATION ROUTES Subject to the availability of appropriations, the Secretary may repair or replace, as necessary, any bridge owned and operated by the Secretary that is— ####

(1)located in any of the States of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont; and ####

(2)necessary for evacuation during an extreme weather event, as determined by the Secretary.
