## SEC. 1312 CAPE ARUNDEL DISPOSAL SITE, MAINE The Cape Arundel Disposal Site selected by the Department of the Army as an alternative dredged material disposal site under section 103(b) of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 (33 U.S.C. 1413(b)) shall remain available for use until September 30, 2024.
