## SEC. 1110 BUBBLY CREEK, CHICAGO ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION The Secretary shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to facilitate ecosystem restoration activities at the South Fork of the South Branch of the Chicago River (commonly known as Bubbly Creek).
