## SEC. 4 CONFORMING AMENDMENTS ###
(a)Title 11 Title 11, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in section 101— #####
(A)in paragraph (51C), by inserting “and has not elected that subchapter V of chapter 11 of this title shall apply” after “is a small business debtor”; and #####
