## SEC. 11 STATE PLANS Section 224(b)(6) (20 U.S.C. 9134(b)(6)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) > > programs and activities under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (including programs and activities under subparts 2 and 3 of part B of title II, and parts A and B of title IV, of such Act);” > ; ####
(2)in subparagraph (C)— #####
(A)in clause (i), by striking “and” after the semicolon; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(iii) > > the activities carried out by the State in support of adult education and literacy under title II of such Act; and” > ; and ####
(3)in subparagraph (D)— #####
(A)by inserting “, business,” after “economic”; and #####
(B)by striking “and health information” and inserting “, health information, critical thinking skills, digital literacy skills, financial literacy and other types of literacy skills”.
