## SEC. 714 AGREEMENTS UNAFFECTED **[**[46 U.S.C. 40102 note](/us/usc/t46/s40102)**]** Nothing in this Act may be construed— ####

(1)to limit or amend the definition of “agreement” in section 40102(1) of title 46, United States Code, with respect to the exclusion of maritime labor agreements; or ####

(2)to apply to a maritime labor agreement (as defined in section 40102(15) of that title). # TITLE VIII MISCELLANEOUS
