## SEC. 509 TERMINATION OF UNSAFE OPERATIONS; TECHNICAL CORRECTION Section 4505(2) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “4503(1)” and inserting “4503(a)(2)”; and ####

(2)by inserting before the period the following: “, except that this paragraph shall not apply with respect to a vessel to which section 4503a applies”.
