## SEC. 124 RULE OF CONSTRUCTION **[**[14 U.S.C. 101 note](/us/usc/t14/s101)**]** This title, including the amendments made by this title, is intended only to reorganize title 14, United States Code, and may not be construed to alter— ####
(1)the effect of a provision of title 14, United States Code, including any authority or requirement therein; ####
(2)a department or agency interpretation with respect to title 14, United States Code; or ####
