(2)Chapter 14 Chapter 14 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— #####
(A)**[**[14 U.S.C. 531](/us/usc/t14/s531)**]** by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning; and #####
(B)**[**[14 U.S.C. 531](/us/usc/t14/s531)**]** by striking the subchapter designation and the subchapter heading for each of the subchapters of such chapter. ####
(3)Chapter 15 Chapter 15 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— #####
